Following on from the history of education that was part of Clonmacnoise, ÁRD-NA-RÍ offers the opportunity for further education in your spiritual journey. Your journey towards wholeness - the journey of the self. Workshops and retreats are given throughout the year. ÁRD-NA-RÍ is welcoming and inclusive. It's above all a creative space of communion, where the Divinity of each is recognized in the greeting "Namaste". Our declaration is of continued support. Having partaken in a workshop or a retreat the experience need not be left at the gate on leaving ÁRD-NA-RÍ. ÁRD-NA-RÍ belongs to you and you are free to return at any time to recapture the essence of your experience by spending some quiet time in the garden and enjoying the surroundings. Good wholesome food is an integral part of the experience of ÁRD-NA-RÍ.
